WizeBand 12-Month Limited Warranty

Every WizeBand is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the day it's delivered.

What's covered. A clasp that won't close or opens by itself. A link, pin or spring bar that breaks or falls out. A magnetic closure that loses its hold. Stones that fall out. Plating that peels or bubbles. A resin or ceramic link that cracks without being knocked. Stitching that comes apart. Velcro that stops holding. Adapters that won't lock into your watch.

What isn't. Scratches, scuffs and dulling from everyday wear. Leather or nylon that softens or stretches with use. Discolouration from perfume, lotion, sunscreen, chlorine, salt water or cleaning products. Damage from drops, knocks or being caught on something. Damage while removing links (though if that happens in your first 30 days, we'll replace the band once, free). Rain, sweat, hand-washing and showers are normal use and don't affect your cover.

What we do. Send us your order number and one photo or short video of the problem. If it's covered, we send a replacement free of charge; you don't need to return anything. If that exact band is no longer made, pick an equivalent up to the same price. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll give you store credit or a refund. In the first 100 days after delivery you can choose a refund instead of a replacement under the 100-Day Guarantee. Replacement bands are covered for the rest of the original 12 months, and for at least 90 days.

Your legal rights. This warranty is in addition to your legal rights, which it does not limit. Depending on where you live, those rights can last longer than 12 months, and we honour them. If a band fails after 12 months, tell us anyway. We'll look at it.

Australia. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits under this warranty are in addition to those rights. Claims are made as described above; you bear no expense in making a claim.

European Union and United Kingdom. You are entitled by law to remedies from the seller, free of charge, if goods are not in conformity with the contract, and those remedies are not affected by this warranty. United States. This is a Limited Warranty. Any implied warranties, including merchantability, are limited to the 12-month duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. A copy of this warranty is available free of charge on request.
