Are these official Apple Watch bands?

We sell watch bands for use with your own Apple Watch. Similar to how you can buy third-party cases for your phone. We do not sell or include any products made by or authorized by Apple.

Can the bands on my Apple Watch be changed?

Yes, you can easily change the band on your Apple Watch. Simply hold down the release button on the back of your watch, and the band should slide out. If the band doesn't slide out, press the band release button again and make sure that you hold it down.

When you insert the new band into your Apple Watch, please make sure the band is not "upside down". Look at the adapter, and make sure the side with the metal middle piece is facing the under-side of your watch. When the adapter is properly inserted into the groove you should hear a soft click as the watch locks onto the band. If you put it the wrong way around and the band does not "click" in, the band is probably not attached correctly. We recommend you double-check that the band is correctly installed before wearing it.


Will these bands fit the model of my Apple Watch?

All of our watch bands are compatible with every Apple Watch model including Series 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 & SE.

If you are not certain what is the size and model of your Apple Watch, then you can find this information engraved on the top right side on the back of your watch.

Will these watch bands fit my wrist?

We provide sizing information on each product page.

Link-type bands such as our Stainless Steel Link (Tokyo Band), may need to have some links added or removed so that it fits your wrist correctly. But don't worry, we provide tool(s) with our bands, so that you can do this yourself. If you're not comfortable doing so, you can also take it to a local watch store (where you'd go to replace watch batteries) or jeweler, and they should be able to do it for you.

Do I need to have an account to order?

    No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

    What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Apple Pay) and PayPal payments.

      How secure is my online order?

        When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

        Are there any exchange rates?

          All of our transactions are based in $ USD. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction. This will not affect the pricing.  

          How do I set my shipping address?

            Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".

            What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

            What warranty do my WizeBand products come with?

            We offer our standard 12-month manufacturer warranty which covers all internal defects for a whole year after the purchase of your product. This includes having the item stop working properly or on any other components that malfunction.

            I accidentally dropped my product and it cracked. Is this covered?

            Unfortunately, we don't offer accidental damage warranty coverage - we wanted to make our products as affordable as possible and so we didn't build any accidental damage replacement costs into the price of our collections.

            We're human too so if there are any issues, shoot us an email along with photos and your order number and we'll see what we can do for you!

            I tried to adjust the watch band myself and broke something. Can you help?

            We recommend getting the band adjusted by a watch or jewelry shop if needed, just because some items and your watch can be more fragile, and we wouldn't want you to damage anything! It's fairly cheap and sometimes they'll even do it for free since it's such a quick job!

            If you're a DIY type of person and ran into problems, don't worry. We're human too so shoot us an email and we'll work something out! In most cases we can ship you some some extra spare links.

            There is an issue with my product

            Cancellation Policy

            Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.
