What size band should I order?
Two sizes cover every Apple Watch ever made. Size 1 fits 38, 40, 41 and 42mm cases (the 42mm Series 10 and Series 11). Size 2 fits 44, 45, 46 and 49mm cases, including every Ultra, and the 42mm Series 1 to 3. The size is engraved on the back of your watch. Pick the wrong one? We'll send the right size free.
How do I change the band on my Apple Watch?
Hold down the release button on the back of your watch and slide the old band out. Slide the new band in with the metal pin facing the back of the watch until it clicks.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatched in 1 to 2 business days, tracked all the way. From the day you order: US 8 to 12 days, Canada 8 to 13, UK 7 to 11, Australia and NZ 8 to 14, Europe 8 to 16, elsewhere 8 to 18. Free shipping on orders $50+.

Really terrible look and feel I understand they’re made of plastic but they look like they’re from the Dollar Store / and I paid $60 for these and requested a refund OR a store credit / I’ve been talking to a robot for weeks and they’re going around in circles : even gave me a disconnected number to reach out to! The worst! Last purchase ever

Two of the bands are great! However one of them came broken and I am still in the process of getting this resolved with customer service. One of the pieces that connects the band to the apple watch face came off and I cannot get it back on with the tool that it comes with that helps you relink the band when you adjust it.
Received the item in good packaging! The straps are all beautiful.

I ordered the Perlo Trio Band and when it arrived I was somewhat disappointed. They did not look as I had imagined. I thought they were ceramic bands, instead they were resin and seemed very cheap and plastic looking. I reached out to the support team and advised that I was not happy with this purchase and they gave me a refund and did not want me to return the goods. I have never experienced this before. I must say the customer service was fantastic. This experience has not put me off and I will order from them again when I see something I really would like. Thankyou for your help and understanding
