Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.
If you have a question about your order our team can be reached via email at [email protected], chat, or through our social media channels. We'll make sure we get back to you within 1 business day so you won’t be kept waiting!
We always ship orders out within 24 hours. Due to technical delays, it can take up to 1-4 days for the tracking number to be generated & activated by our logistics partners. Once we have the tracking number, we immediately send you the shipping confirmation email along with the tracking information. Keep in mind that at this point your package has already been en route some time.

I have very small wrist it’s good you can adjust the straps to fit you right and thank you for the tool to do that with, I really like it

only issue was there were no directions on how to remove the links.

When you advertised ceramic I was thinking it was going to be a quality band. I feel like it was false advertisement. It was cheep light weight plastic and the first one broke immediately. I spent $94 and I feel like I was scammed.

As noted in the product description, the strap itself is made from upscale Italian resin and weighs just 1.1 oz (31g). We always recommend checking the product details and materials before purchasing, as we try to make these specifications as clear as possible. That said, the band certainly shouldn’t break immediately, so please reach out to us with a photo of the damaged band and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
Lovely strap but again very difficult to adjust the strap
Very pretty and comfortable. Watching the video and using the tools you provide, it was easy to adjust the band and take out links!

Pretty band fit something a bit more light weight
Color and design received same as photo which i like, however, wearing it fill flimsy and not durable.
