What size band should I order?
Two sizes cover every Apple Watch ever made. Size 1 fits 38, 40, 41 and 42mm cases (the 42mm Series 10 and Series 11). Size 2 fits 44, 45, 46 and 49mm cases, including every Ultra, and the 42mm Series 1 to 3. The size is engraved on the back of your watch. Pick the wrong one? We'll send the right size free.
How do I change the band on my Apple Watch?
Hold down the release button on the back of your watch and slide the old band out. Slide the new band in with the metal pin facing the back of the watch until it clicks.

While the band itself is lovely, adjusting was an ordeal. There are no instructions or arrows guiding you on how to remove the links. Between the two ceramic straps that I purchased, I broke the sizing tool.

My first one was damaged and they were very quick to address the issue and get me out a replacement. I love the feel of the ceramic it’s so lux. I have a Chanel ceramic band watch and it looks and feels the same. I’m so pleased with the quality of this product and I think the price is awsome.

the ceramic watchband makes the watch look classy. It looks so much better than the rubber bands the watch comes with or the metal ones you can get on amazon.

Love the sheen and weight of the band. BUT I wish I read the reviews on band adjustment nightmares. 1. No arrows on the strap indicating direction of how to use the tool 2. The pins have a pin cover end with a very narrow opening. So I was able to precisely place the pin into the pin cover on one end of the strap but have had partial joy with the other end. So I have one pin that cannot fully go into the pin cover, despite vigorous hammering. The videos provided do not guide us on this unique pin construction with a case cover. See the image I provided, the pin and the pin cover. I have spent about two hours on this watch, while my other straps took only 10mins.

It’s dark grey and not black as you advertised
I ordered 3 bands, one of them the lock defective doesn’t snap which is the black and white one.

I have sized watch bands before but I cannot side any of the bands I have received. The sizing devices I received have broken off and the pins in the watch don’t budge.

The band is lovely but the adjustment tool that was provided to remove links was so flimsy that it broke. I had to find my own way to remedy the issue. Also there was no instructions on how to use the adjustment tool. I had to research it myself. I have purchased bands from another provider who have instructions on how to do this on their website. That would have been helpful.
Needs instructions on how to change band size
This band was complete junk! I’d never buy anything from your company again. Besides that it took almost 3 weeks to receive, the watch band itself is absolute garbage. I would not recommend your watch bands to anyone.

I cannot figure out how to adjust the band. I assume you need to use the tool but it came with NO INSTRUCTIONS. I think this should be included. Can you please send to me via email if possible. Otherwise, I need to return my order that included 2 ceramic bands. Please let me hear from you or send me a return label. Happy to rewrite a review if we can fix my current problem. Thank you.
