How do I change the band on my Apple Watch?

Hold down the release button on the back of your watch, and the band should slide out. Insert the new band with metal pin facing back of watch.

Love the sheen and weight of the band. BUT I wish I read the reviews on band adjustment nightmares. 1. No arrows on the strap indicating direction of how to use the tool 2. The pins have a pin cover end with a very narrow opening. So I was able to precisely place the pin into the pin cover on one end of the strap but have had partial joy with the other end. So I have one pin that cannot fully go into the pin cover, despite vigorous hammering. The videos provided do not guide us on this unique pin construction with a case cover. See the image I provided, the pin and the pin cover. I have spent about two hours on this watch, while my other straps took only 10mins.

I have sized watch bands before but I cannot side any of the bands I have received. The sizing devices I received have broken off and the pins in the watch don’t budge.

The band is lovely but the adjustment tool that was provided to remove links was so flimsy that it broke. I had to find my own way to remedy the issue. Also there was no instructions on how to use the adjustment tool. I had to research it myself. I have purchased bands from another provider who have instructions on how to do this on their website. That would have been helpful.

I cannot figure out how to adjust the band. I assume you need to use the tool but it came with NO INSTRUCTIONS. I think this should be included. Can you please send to me via email if possible. Otherwise, I need to return my order that included 2 ceramic bands. Please let me hear from you or send me a return label. Happy to rewrite a review if we can fix my current problem. Thank you.
