What size band should I order?
Two sizes cover every Apple Watch ever made. Size 1 fits 38, 40, 41 and 42mm cases (the 42mm Series 10 and Series 11). Size 2 fits 44, 45, 46 and 49mm cases, including every Ultra, and the 42mm Series 1 to 3. The size is engraved on the back of your watch. Pick the wrong one? We'll send the right size free.
How do I change the band on my Apple Watch?
Hold down the release button on the back of your watch and slide the old band out. Slide the new band in with the metal pin facing the back of the watch until it clicks.
How long does delivery take?

I’ve been searching for a good 3 in 1 charger for awhile. Either they’re too big or too expensive, then I saw the one from Wize Band. It’s small & well worth the cost. My phone works even with my case. Would highly recommend!

Charges Apple watches just fine. Slow charges Apple phones. Maybe you could let future customers know to also add a QC3.0 adapter to their order in the first place.
Charging light stays on when no device is docked, often items don’t charge at all despite being seated correctly and device states charging.

To start with my order was about 3 weeks getting to me. I opened the package and put my purchase back in the package just like I took it out. I needed more electrical outlets than than it has. I love the sleek, low profile look of this charger and the fact I can charge all my daily things in one spot. Didn’t get 5 stars due to the quite bright green light that shines when it’s on. I keep my charger on my nightstand (I know, probably shouldn’t) and the light is too bright for sleep. I’ve covered it with black electrical tape.

I bought this for my husband and he has an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Since the iPhone 12 Pro Max is larger than the standard iPhone, the magnet on the back didn’t quite match up with the charger, so his phone wouldn’t receive a full charge by the morning. There are also status lights on the charger that are quite bright and light up the room at night.
So happy with my purchase I bought 2 more as Christmas gifts!

Love that I can streamline all my charging devices on my night stand. The phone and the watch both charge as described. However, I have not been able to get my earbuds to charge on its designated location. Fortunately, I use it primarily for my phone and watch.

Works great with all three charging but it doesn’t come with an ac adapter. I didn’t see that in the fine print. I thought I was getting a deal but now having to buy a fast charger, not so much.
I purchased two of these - one in black and one in white. The black one works great! The first white one the phone charging portion NEVER worked. The wireless airpod/headphone and watch charger worked great but never the phone charging. I reached out to inquire about a replacement and had to jump through hoops. To start they asked me to send a photo. I sent a photo and the representative essentially accused me of lying telling me there was a light indicator on in my picture and it was working. I had to inform the representative what was wrong with their own product and clarify the product has THREE indicator lights. I event sent a picture of the properly working black model to demonstrate. I got a replacement white one mailed and the new one also is having issues. The phone charger works sporadically. I've tried several phones on the black one and it always works but the white one sometimes works but most often does not. Sometimes the charging indicator lights turn on even when no devices are sitting or charging on the unit. Disappointing!
