Hold down the release button on the back of your watch, and the band should slide out. Insert the new band with metal pin facing back of watch.

I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on this band and really like it! I did have challenges in removing the 3 clasps I needed to resize the band, and had to damage them by using pliers to get them off. Customer support had to give me some pointers when I realized the pins didn’t come out to resize. Overall, I’m very happy.

The strap is beautiful; however, the multiple instructions online for adjusting the various straps was confusing. I ordered three watch bands and watched a video on adjusting the bands using the tool sent with the bands. I successfully adjusted two of the bands with the tool. I did not realize there was another video for adjusting other bands without the tool, and so unaware of that video, I tried to adjust this band with the tool. Not only was it unsuccessful, the band was inadvertently damaged and had to be returned. It would be helpful if instructions for adjusting the bands was included within the package of each different band. Other than that confusion, this band is beautiful and when adjusted appropriately, I am very happy with the watch band.

When removing links were impossible to reconnect the links left so I could wear the band. Disappointing.

I love the band but it runs large. Even taking out all of the extra links, it is still very loose on my wrist. I'm keeping it for dressy occasions but it is too loose to wear regularly -- for me, at least.
