Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.

We always ship orders out within 24 hours. Due to technical delays, it can take up to 1-4 days for the tracking number to be generated & activated by our logistics partners. Once we have the tracking number, we immediately send you the shipping confirmation email along with the tracking information. Keep in mind that at this point your package has already been en route some time.

The silver came off the watch ban the first day I wore it. Very disappointing
This strap is cute, but it started flaking almost immediately. It was a gift for my mother so I don’t have it to show pics, but it just didn’t last at all unfortunately.

Love the strap but after 3 days one of the loops broke( the one that holds the excess band)

Literally the first day that I wore it, the silver colour started to rub off. We are a few weeks further now, and practically all of the silver is gone where the parts touch

It’s beautiful and I love it! Looks just like the picture. I’ve been wearing it everyday for about 3 weeks and the gold has rubbed off where I fasten it. But that’s ok. I’m going to order more bands so I won’t wear this one out.

I liked it but have not yet received it .I asked where is it and all they could say it has been posted .The rest is on me to find it .Not good enough as l am sure l am not the only person out there that dose NOT HAVE A CLUE WHAT TO DO TO FIND OUT WHERE THE HECK IT IS.
