I like it the magnet is very helpful to maintain the size the only problem is that at the edges it pulls threads from the clothes.

This is my second band in this style. The first one fit perfectly but this one is too large. I have a small wrist and you can see by the picture at its tightest, it’s almost too loose. Don’t like the way the strap end comes right next to the watch face. Disappointed this time.
