Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.
If you have a question about your order our team can be reached via email at [email protected], chat, or through our social media channels. We'll make sure we get back to you within 1 business day so you won’t be kept waiting!
We always ship orders out within 24 hours. Due to technical delays, it can take up to 1-4 days for the tracking number to be generated & activated by our logistics partners. Once we have the tracking number, we immediately send you the shipping confirmation email along with the tracking information. Keep in mind that at this point your package has already been en route some time.

Please make sure it’s properly connected to power before concluding that the device is faulty. If you’ve already done this and it still isn’t working, we’ll be happy to help troubleshoot it.

Nice item. I have it in my bag so can i can use it everywhere when need

It only charges when plugged in. It would be better if it kept a charge and you could charge your watch without power when needed

The device didn’t work; nor with a power bank, nor connected to the computer You requiere a full charger to the wall in order to provide the required energy. So it is the same to have your regular charger. This is not “on the way” device.

WizeBand neglected to include my free charger with two that I ordered. I notified WizeBand and they sent the free charger to me. Great customer service!
