Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.

We always ship orders out within 24 hours. Due to technical delays, it can take up to 1-4 days for the tracking number to be generated & activated by our logistics partners. Once we have the tracking number, we immediately send you the shipping confirmation email along with the tracking information. Keep in mind that at this point your package has already been en route some time.

I combined two different colours due to the fact you could buy 2 for the price of 1. Secure fit, great colours, individualised to suit your mood. Great value for money. Would get all the colours if I could.

perfect color & good quality but stiffer than the band you get when you buy the watch also the aesthetics could improve (mainly the way it closes on wrist)

the button style tends to pop off - the Smart Watch band is tucked in so it never does. I thought you received a free band with the purchase, and I paid for 3 bands. Did I miss something?? I do like the fact that they do not have toxic materials in them, but I get concerned that i might lose my watch and not know it
I ordered 3 bands and only one dit me and my watch! Tried returning them and the comoany denied tetirn and dis not even offer an exchange! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My watch constantly falls off my wrist. Once the holes are used they seem to widen and the pegs don’t stay in as well. I’ve only worn it for about a week.

Looks good and it’s comfortable. I like that it has holes which make it more breathable. My skin reacted to the silicone in the band that came with my Apple Watch I think partially due to moisture build up and that’s much less of an issue with this band. I also like that the clasps close In such a way that there is no flapping tail. That being said, there can still be a tiny bit of sweat build up that can irritate my skin if I’m not careful to wash it or just adjust the band to a looser notch to get more airflow.

Nice material, feels good. But the color is unfortunately nothing like on the webpage. ( Yes I know this can vary a bit) but it is not a light rose. It is more a meaty beige.

Color is really nice but the little metal pieces that actually secure the band to your wrist immediately started coming out on the first wear. My BF has a very skinny wrist so it’s not because there’s too much pressure or something.
